Pricing, Fees, & Deposits

The TMLP includes the base rent, amenity fee, pest control and trash services. Water/Drainage will be billed based on usage. A full list of possible fees you may incur is available on our Community Fee Guide.

Water/Drainage will be billed based on individual usage through SoDo on Main and paid with rent. You are responsible for setting up your own electricity and renters insurance accounts. Any cable or internet you require would also be set up with a third party.

We accept ACH and credit/debit card payment thorough the BILT payment portal (fees apply when using credit/debit). We also accept cashiers checks. All move in and deposit payments must be made with cashiers check.

Move-In, Lease Terms

We offer lease terms of 3-15 months.

After application approval a welcome letter will be sent will all necessary documentation for move in.
